Wellbeing Coaching offers a calm, supportive space to talk, reflect, and make sense of what’s going on — especially when stress, life changes, or ongoing challenges are beginning to take a toll.

My approach is informed by resilience-based training, helping you build confidence, cope with challenges, and strengthen your ability to adapt while feeling supported in both mind and body.

When coaching may help

People often come to Wellbeing Coaching when they:

  • feel overwhelmed, stuck, or worn down

  • are living with long-term stress or health concerns

  • are navigating life changes, uncertainty, or loss

  • want greater clarity, confidence, or steadiness

  • wish to strengthen everyday  resilience

 

The process is client-led, compassionate, and tailored to what matters to you right now.

Integrated sessions (optional)

For those who want a combined approach, an Integrated Bowen & Wellbeing Session offers time for coaching conversations alongside hands-on Bowen Therapy.

These sessions are particularly helpful when physical tension or discomfort is influenced by stress or life pressures, allowing your body and resilience to be supported together.

A whole-person perspective

Your thoughts, emotions, and physical wellbeing are closely linked. Wellbeing Coaching allows space to explore patterns, build awareness, and strengthen your resilience — all at your pace.

Some clients choose coaching as a stand-alone space for reflection, while others value it alongside hands-on therapy like Bowen, bringing together body and mind support.

Bowen Therapy (stand-alone) — 60 mins — £55
First session may take slightly longer (up to 75 mins) for assessment — still £55.

Integrated Bowen & Wellbeing Coaching — 75 mins — £65
Combines hands-on Bowen with coaching support for body and mind balance.

Integrated Bowen & Reiki — 60 mins — £55

Reiki added to Bowen — same price as a standard session.

Reiki (stand-alone) — 60 mins — £55
Stand-alone session for relaxation and energy support.

Wellbeing Coaching (stand-alone) — 60 mins — £65
Focused on clarity, confidence, and resilience; in-person, online, or by phone.
